In-Person Only: All transactions must be conducted in person. We do not offer online purchases, shipping, or delivery services.
Location: Transactions take place in American Fork, Utah, or at another location of our choice as mutually agreed upon.
Payment Methods: We accept cash and cryptocurrency only (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana).
2. Pricing
Price Updates: Displayed prices update hourly between 8am and 11pm. Prices are based on current market spot prices plus our margins.
Price Variations: Final prices may vary based on:
- Transaction amount and bulk orders
- Market conditions at time of transaction
- Quality and condition of precious metals
- Verification results
No Price Guarantee: Displayed prices are estimates. Final prices are confirmed at the time of in-person transaction.
3. Verification Process
All gold and silver sold to us undergoes thorough verification in American Fork, Utah (or location of our choice). This includes:
- Authenticity testing using professional equipment
- Purity verification
- Weight confirmation
- Condition assessment
We reserve the right to reject any items that fail verification or are suspected to be counterfeit.
4. Buyer/Seller Responsibilities
When Selling to Us: You represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the items
- Items are not stolen or obtained illegally
- You have the right to sell the items
- All information provided is accurate
When Buying from Us: You acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing precious metals/cryptocurrency at your own risk
- Market values fluctuate
- We make no investment advice or guarantees
- All sales are final
5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed at the current market rate at the time of transaction. Due to price volatility:
- Rates are locked in at the moment of transfer
- Transaction must be completed promptly
- Blockchain confirmation times may vary
- Network fees may apply
6. Cancellations and Refunds
All Sales Final: Due to the nature of precious metals and cryptocurrency trading, all transactions are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Appointment Cancellations: Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
WhiteWoven is not liable for:
- Market fluctuations or losses
- Price changes between viewing our website and transaction
- Third-party pricing data inaccuracies
- Website downtime or technical issues
- Cryptocurrency network issues or delays
8. Compliance
We comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding precious metals trading. Large transactions may require additional documentation per regulatory requirements.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to conduct transactions with us.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Utah.
